Ordering Lotus Parts
You can contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or in writing. It is not necessary to quote part numbers. We will require the following information;
- Your name and address including postal code.
- The complete vehicle details.
- The details of how you intend to pay.
Please note that our brochures are only a tiny proportion of the parts we have available. If the part you require is not in the brochure please contact Steve or Neil.

On-line quote
This facility enables you to build up a quote for parts and accessories found on this web site. Due to the complex nature of many orders and the varying costs involved with VAT, shipping etc. we do not provide an on-line ordering facility yet. You can, however, submit a quote you produce on this web site by e-mail so that we can contact you about your requirements.
Opening hours
We are open Monday to Friday 7am-6pm. We are not generally open on Saturdays.
Payment methods
We accept payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch, Eurocard.
(Please note goods will only be sent to the credit card holders address).
Cheque, goods will be despatched only after cheques have cleared.
Postal orders, Building society cheques and Bankers drafts.
Bank credit transfers.
Despatch methods
The method of despatch will depend on the size and weight of the parcel, your location and your preference.

Export orders
Export orders will be despatched using:
- Airmail
- International Courier (TNT)
- Air freight
- Sea freight
It is our policy to quote for carriage when a consignment is ready to ship. This is the only way to obtain an accurate quotation which will based on the size, weight, and value of the consignment.

VAT
VAT will be charged at the current UK rate for all UK EC residents. Export orders outside the EC and orders by EC businesses, which have provided a valid VAT number, are not subject to VAT.
Returns policy
We operate a strict returns policy, especially ordered parts, which we do not carry in stock, cannot be returned for credit. Other parts, which have been incorrectly ordered, can be returned to us for a refund. These items will be subject to a 25% handling charge.
